It entails all types of residential and commercial property transactions, including: sale/purchase, transfer of equity, re-mortgage, lease assignments, surrender and re-grant of leases, lease renewals and lease extensions, property finance, land purchases for major development and re-finance transactions. She acts on the purchase and sale of investment properties portfolio, restructuring and financing as well as general landlord and tenant transactions for commercial retail clients, off shore property investment companies and High Net Worth Individuals. She also advises on landlord and tenant law, in particular business tenancies and the new changes to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Naziana has over 10 years’ experience in both commercial real estate as well as residential properties. She trained at a boutique Law Firm in Wimbledon and has since gained a wealth of knowledge dealing with various complex high net worth Corporate  Real Estate transactions.

Naziana has recently been involved in major commercial disposals in the West End and The City. She has also been engaged to deal with retail and various restaurants acquisitions in London and across the country.

She has a broad real estate practice acting for both domestic and international investors into UK real estate for a number of years now. She has helped clients build successful real estate portfolios particularly in London's West End and The City.

Naziana has acted on both direct and corporate wrapper transactions and several portfolio deals.

Additionally, she has extensive experience acting for High Net Worth investors in auction sales/purchases of both residential and commercial properties. As a result, she has good working professional relationships with auction houses such as Allsop, Barnett Ross, Acuitus and Savills.

She also specialises in acting for both tenants and landlords in connection with lease extension and collective enfranchisement claims under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (as amended).

Naziana also specialises in Sharia/Islamic Financial property transactions, wills and trust deeds, and has worked closely with Ahli Bank UK Ltd: Habib Bank AG Zurich and Habibsons Bank UK Ltd, amongst other Islamic financial institutions

She has wide experience across asset classes having acted on retail, restaurants, offices, industrial and residential.

  • Naziana acted for client on the acquisition of “The SQUARE”-  Michelin Starred French Restaurant in Mayfair that went into administration in January 2020.
  • Naziana recently acted for clients on the acquisition of various premises previously owned by Casual Dining Group, Café Rouge, Azzurri, Carluccio’s and Bills.
  • Currently working on the acquisition of Office Premises at Berkeley Square.
