Helen assists clients on a range of residential and commercial property-related matters. Her residential work includes advising clients on buying, selling, re-mortgaging and financing, lease extensions, shared ownership property and transfers of equity.
She is highly praised for her empathetic and enthusiastic approach to clients’ needs, as well as her sharp attention to detail. She particularly enjoys working with first time buyers, who appreciate her reassuring yet informative manner.
Helen’s commercial works includes acting for developers, companies and individuals for a variety of matters including new lease acquisitions, sales and re-financing (including composite mortgaging).
