At Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 10 October 2012, our client had his SOPO varied and he is now permitted to possess computer software and storage media showing images of young persons related to him by blood or marriage. Furthermore, the SOPO is no longer to run indefinitely and will now expire in July 2016 at the same time as our client is released from his obligations under the Sex Offenders Register.

This variation was granted after Tony Meisels of this firm made representations on behalf of our client to the Metropolitan Police.
