- a professional man who was arrested over two years ago for money laundering offences and was found to have £250,000 cash in his vehicle, by the NCA. He was fully advised throughout this lengthy process by Jeffrey and the NCA finally discontinued their investigations.
Adedayo (Dele) Johnson
represented an individual
- arrested in 2021 after police raided his home address. They found 6.5 kgs of cannabis, several thousand pounds in cash and a set of scales.
Dele managed to persuade police to return the money, to drop the charges from possession of a substantial amount of cannabis with intent to supply, to a charge of straightforward possession of class B drugs. The Magistrates Court were persuaded by him to accept jurisdiction, and fined the client £154.00. This was an excellent result, the Sentencing Guideline for drugs offences indicate an immediate custodial sentence for possession of such a large amount of class B drugs .
