for a professional man accused of defrauding a major PLC of several £million.
A civil settlement was agreed in 2015, and a criminal investigation was then opened, in 2016, which has just been closed after a decision not to proceed was made. This was after detailed representation was made by Siobhain and with her client's full co-operation.
