- an individual who faced charges of conspiracy to supply class drugs, in large quantities, upon indictment.
The client's health had deteriorated rapidly, Sean forwarded strong representations to the CPS focusing upon whether it was in the public interest to continue to proceed against his client. The CPS agreed and withdrew the criminal proceedings. This happens very very rarely.

Again, as a result of detailed preparation, scrutinising all business records and dogged persistence by Siobhain, the police investigation was discontinued after several months.
