Two Excellent results for Miles Herman of Lewis Nedas Law

In the first matter a client was arrested for attempted murder following a stabbing incident whereupon a charge of grievous bodily harm with intent was preferred.

Miles made frequent representations to the Crown Prosecution Service assisted by medical evidence and persuaded the Crown to amend the charge to Section 20 GBH and on a guilty plea the client received a short sentence of eight months imprisonment which secured his immediate release.

In this case Miles was ably assisted by Martin Lewis of counsel who mitigated superbly on the client’s behalf.

In this case, as a result of the diligence and expedition undertaken throughout these proceedings, the best possible result was secured for the client.

On a second matter, Miles represented a legal professional charged with an offence of criminal damage.  A conviction and/or caution would have had profound implications on the client’s future career prospects.  Once again, as a result of Miles’ skilful handling of the case, a discontinuance was secured leaving the client delighted by the outcome.

On both the above matters it was as a result of employing sound tactical judgement which secured the best possible outcomes for both clients.
