We are looking for an exceptional Senior Paralegal to join our fast-paced and growing property department.
We are looking for a paralegal that is ambitious, proactive and commercially switched on, someone who wants to elevate their career and work closely alongside a solicitor handling high-value and complex matters.
About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in supporting a busy property practice dealing with:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Lease extensions and deeds of variation
- High-value London residential transactions
- Complex title investigations
- Client and agent liaison at a senior level
You will be entrusted with real responsibility and expected to operate with independence, precision and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in residential property
- Strong title review skills and Land Registry knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- A proactive mindset, you anticipate issues before they arise
