EXPERIENCE

His work covers a broad range of residential and commercial property matters and he also deals with drafting wills, providing advice on estate planning, elderly client issues and the administration of estates.

In regard to residential property transactions he advises clients on all aspects of buying, selling, re-mortgaging, transfers of equity, right-to-buy acquisitions and shared ownership property. He deals with all clients on a personal basis and is committed to providing an efficient bespoke service to all his clients needs. Jeremy likes to be able to talk to his clients through each stage of the transaction no matter how straightforward or complicated the matter may be.

Jeremy also deals with developers, property companies and landlords in commercial property transactions. He has a particular focus on landlord and tenant work, granting new leases for shops, restaurants, offices. He also deals with lease assignments, variations and surrenders, and lease renewals.

Jeremy has a wide range of experience dealing with both non-contentious and contentious Probate and estate administration. He has an empathetic and pragmatic approach to what is often a very difficult time. Much of his work deals with providing practical, post death tax-planning solutions for his clients.

BACKGROUND

Before joining the firm Jeremy worked as an associate solicitor at a law firm in South London, which had offices in the West-End and Surrey. Jeremy graduated with a Master’s degree in Law from University College London in 2005, which he was awarded with merit. He did his LPC at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
