Alice is an experienced solicitor with over 25 years’ experience. She trained and practiced for 10 years within a large north London firm before moving to the Thames Valley area 17 years ago. Previously she has run her own firm and has been head of litigation for all 19 offices of a nationwide law firm.
As a defence solicitor, Alice specialises in serious and complex crime and is known for her success in defending such cases. She is committed to obtaining the best possible outcome for a client, through her diligent preparation of cases.
Her experience ranges from fraud and money laundering, murder, international organised crime conspiracies, large scale multi defendant drug conspiracies, to Sexual grooming rings and child expoitation, indecent images, rape, and assault and theft.
Alice is known for her straightforward yet sensitive approach with those that she represents. The rapport and trust that she builds has resulted in Alice being instructed to act on behalf of individuals with complex social and/or behavioural difficulties, including those who are mentally unwell, as well as those defendants with little or no knowledge of the Criminal Justice System.

Alice regularly attends the police station, or other establishments with a client where an interview under caution is to take place and believes that careful representation at this stage of a case is essential.

Alice will appear in person at Court with a client wherever possible.
In preparing a case for trial, Alice will regularly instruct Kings Counsel, forensic experts such as accountants, psychiatrists and psychologists.
MILITARY LAW
Alice understands the importance of any civilian or military police enquiry or criminal proceedings will have on the lives and careers of military personnel.
She has expertise in representing members of the British Army and the RAF from initial investigation and interview by the SIB or RMP through to Courts Martial, as well as representing the military in investigations by civilian police and court proceedings.
She has been instructed on cases ranging from thefts, fraud, disobeying orders, sexual assaults, through to Iraqi Historic Allegations Team Investigations (Murder).
ROYAL COLLEGE OF NURSES
Alice has been instructed by the RCN to represent nurses who have been accused of misconduct and are being investigated by the police or their professional body. This representation has ranged from a manager of a care home allegedly allowing mistreatment of elderly patients, to claiming extra payment for shifts not worked, and theft.
TRAVELLING COMMUNITY AND SHOWMAN’S GUILD
She regularly represents members of the travelling community and members of the Showman’s Guild for offences such as rape, dangerous dog offences, and assaults.

Stalking –
C and D met when they both worked together DECEMBER 2022. They started a relationship in MARCH 2023 and separated in early JUNE 2023.
The D was on court bail awaiting sentencing for offence of stalking against C after being charged and remanded to prison in August.
After their break-up it was said that D would constantly call and message C via phone and turned up at C’s home address uninvited and let herself in on a few occasions, would deliver unwanted gifts to the C’s address and enlisted the help of her friend to harass the C by having them turn up at the victims place of work and ask about the relationship.
D allegedly created several fake accounts which were used to contact the victim, tag her in videos and threatened the victim and her family.
D denied she had been involved in any of the offending and even suggested she was a victim and was also being targeted in text messages which were sent to her. These messages had in fact been sent by a burner phone seized from D during her first arrest.
On 4th JANUARY 2024 D attended MEDWAY POLICE STATION to report C for abusing her online.
As C had already provided details for this and said that it was a fake account, Prosecution believed this was D’s attempt to get the victim in trouble with false allegations.
D was arrested by Police. At trial, the jury could not reach a verdict and was discharged. The prosecution are seeking a re-trial.

D and ex have been in a relationship for over 14 years. D was a runaway child, bad childhood, and ex is the only constant in his life. They have a child together. D is on hard drugs. Demands money etc. C does not support.

After being released from custody he complied with his licence conditions. When his licence finished he was told by his probation officer that the case was finished and he no longer had to engage with probation. He took that to mean that he no longer had to notify under s.80 Sexual offences act. Speaks little English and does not read. Sentenced to a Community order.

2025 – Southwark CC – Operation Gamboised is a National Crime Agency investigation into Organised Immigration Crime – involved in bringing Albanian migrants into the United Kingdom from Albania, via Germany. 9 defendants.
2025 – Oxford CC – 7 count sexual assault – in the workplace.
2025 Southwark CC – Rape – This is a case of rape; the allegations that defendant raped two complainants, after a night out in JULY 2022. Went back to complainants house. Allegation he raped both complainants on the same night.
2025 – Isleworth CC – Drug Importation – NCA case – This case relates to an estimated 51 kgs importation of Class B Drug Cannabis in March 2025 at Terminal 2 Heathrow Airport from Thailand with an estimated street value of £1,224,000.00. The cannabis has been identified by Border Force and accompanied by a positive field test. The defendant was travelling on a false passport.
