2. A breach of contract claim that went to trial early August.  Lewis Nedas Law acted for the Defendant, an individual.  We successfully established that there was no valid contract between the parties and as such the Claim was struck out.

3. A construction dispute that went to trial in late August.  Lewis Nedas Law acted for the Defendant, a multi-million turnover construction company.  We successfully argued that the Claimant, a sub-contractor, had failed to provide reliable evidence in support of their claim.  Accordingly, the claim was struck out in its entirety.

4. Successfully completing a multi-faceted corporate matter, involving a share consolidation, share sub-division and allotment of shares.
