LNL’s firearms law specialist Laura Saunsbury recently represented a registered firearms dealer in the north of England who was under investigation for offences under the Firearms Act of failing to comply with the conditions of his registration as a firearms dealer. Our client, who has spent a lifetime in the trade and runs a successful shooting range, strongly denied any wrongdoing. Following a police interview under caution in which Laura advised and represented him, the police quickly made a decision to take no further action, leaving our client’s reputation unblemished.
Our client is a member of the Gun Trade Association, the national trade body for registered firearms dealers. When thanking the GTA for recommending Laura to him, our client gave the following endorsement;
“Laura Saunsbury’s advice was first class, her knowledge invaluable and her professionalism was outstanding when dealing with all aspects of my case. I would definitely recommend her.”
