    • Dishonestly abused your position intending thereby to make a gain. ‘Contrary to sections 1 and 4 of the Fraud Act 2006.’ — CCCJS CODE: ‘FA06003’ (3) Between 13/08/2020 and 14/11/2020 committed fraud in that, while occupying a position, in which you were expected to safeguard, or not to act against, the financial interests of the bank, you dishonestly abused that position intending thereby to make a gain for yourself. ‘Contrary to sections 1 and 4 of the Fraud Act 2006.’ — CCCJS CODE: ‘FA06003’ (4) Between 02/09/2020 and 04/09/2020 committed fraud in that, while occupying a position, in which you were expected to safeguard, or not to act against, the financial interests of the bank, you dishonestly abused that position intending thereby to make a gain for yourself. ‘Contrary to sections 1 and 4 of the Fraud Act 2006.’ — CCCJS CODE: ‘FA06003’
  • These were very serious allegations, based upon abuse of trust by an employee.
