Naomi holds a 1st Class honours degree (LLB hons) and a double major in criminal law.

She assists Unan Choudhury, Partner, with his most serious and complex cases.

She has also been remarkably successful with her own cases, securing a number of acquittals in serious cases recently, and has just taken the Bar exams for England and Wales and will pursue a career at the Bar.

Notable cases include:

    • R v H & others – Snaresbrook Crown Court
      In a complex ‘reverse human trafficking’ case involving three defendants, the client received a suspended sentence.
    • R v Z – Snaresbrook Crown Court
      Facing a serious indictment with seven counts, including two for rape, the client was found not guilty on all charges after a rigorous trial process.
    • R v I – Snaresbrook Crown Court
      Charged with four serious offences, including two counts of non-fatal strangulation, the client was acquitted on the first day of trial after presenting extensive research and serving multiple exhibits.
    • R v K – Snaresbrook Crown Court
      Despite being found with over 80 Cannabis plants at home, the client successfully avoided a custodial sentence and instead received a community order, reflecting a favourable outcome in a challenging case.
    • R v P & Others – Snaresbrook Crown Court
      In a complex and substantial case involving five co-defendants, jointly charged with multiple counts of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs (over an 18-month period), the client was acquitted after a lengthy trial.
