1. Miles Herman secures yet another acquittal –
He acted for a Nurse accused of an allegation of sexual assault in a hospital which he robustly denied. This was a very difficult case that required a delicate and sensitive approach, our client was superbly represented by Mustapha Hakme ( Counsel, 9 Bedford Row ) and unanimously acquitted by a jury.
This has meant that he can continue with his career. 

2. Siobhain Egan – represented a Company Director of a financial services company, facing an investigation by City of London Economic Crime unit, who were pursuing allegations of multi million fraud, money laundering and tax evasion following a major fraud upon one of the largest European insurance companies. This investigation opened over 5 years ago, as a result of taking a firm, assertive, but a co-operative approach, ( which underlined our clients defence to the allegations ) together with detailed representations, the investigation was eventually discontinued this year.
