Jeffrey was asked to give expert advice on the issue of Corporate Manslaughter Prosecutions against NHS trusts. Having had many years successful experience defending major Heath and Safety (HSE) and police investigations/prosecutions (including Corporate Manslaughter and Gross Negligent Manslaughter), he was able to give an update on recent developments, including the new Sentencing Guidelines in this area of law.
