The news and current affairs magazine, Private Eye, has published an article focusing on a recent prosecution by the London Borough of Newham at Snaresbrook Crown Court in which the defendant was represented by Lewis Nedas Law’s own Penny Muir. Penny was assisted in the case by the very able Isobel Thomas, and thanks to their tireless efforts managed to highlight an abuse of process by the other side and the trial was stopped by the Judge.
