a Senior teacher at a World renowned Public School, he was accused of serious, historic sexual assaults, when employed some decades earlier at another equally renowned school. She was able to identify several vitally important defence witnesses, one of whom still had access to timetables and plans of the school during the relevant period, which showed that none of the allegations could have been possible, or arisen in the manner that the Complainant described.

The witnesses were proffered to the investigating police force, who completed a thorough investigation and recommended no further action upon the case.
