- an individual who faced multiple allegations of rapes and sexual against a woman and her children, he was acquitted of all allegations.
Adedayo (Dele) Johnson
represented

- represented a couple who were tried at Oxford Crown Court, and who were alleged to have caused cruelty to a child, after strong legal submissions at the close of the Prosecution case, the case was dismissed against them.

- a senior executive working within the oil industry, who had been investigated for over 4 years by the SFO in connection with historic allegations of Bribery and Corruption in Saudia Arabia.
- The SFO secured one of the largest Deferred Prosecution Agreement with Wood Group (Amec Foster Wheeler Energy limited) in July 202, as a result Siobhain (instructing the excellent Mark Cotter QC - 5 SAH) indicated to the SFO that a letter of representations would be sent to them submitting that it could not be in the Public Interest to prosecute our client. A lengthy, detailed letter of Representations was duly sent, and the SFO agreed that they would not prosecute as a result.
