Alice Dodd, Partner, working along with her colleagues Sian Stanbridge and Kathryn Maintzer of our Oxford office, secured the acquittal of a client facing a re-trial of an allegation of attempted murder.
At his first trial , the jury could not agree whether he intended to kill his victims and the Crown elected to retry the matter.
He was acquitted quickly by the jury, who deliberated for approximately 45 mins.
