Adam has a growing media presence. He has contributed to radio show talks regarding current legal issues including police impersonation frauds and appeared on Talk Live radio to discuss the David Beckham speeding ‘scandal’. He has also spoken with documentary makers regarding issues with prosecuting cases, specifically forensics and disclosure issues.

Based at our East London office. Adam is an experienced solicitor with a significant client base in East and North London.

Tenacious and unafraid to challenge police decisions and decisions of the Court regarding bail, searches and the taking of intimate samples. Adam recently issued Judicial Review Proceedings against a Magistrates Court.

Adam is a tenacious and persuasive advocate and is well known and respected amongst the London Courts.

He has meticulous case preparation skills and leaves no stone unturned when preparing for trial. He regularly makes applications to the Court in order to challenge and undermine the Prosecution.

Adam has a keen interest in representing defendants from the LGBTQ community.

Tia is a Trainee Solicitor with the firm having joined the Commercial & Litigation department as a paralegal in September 2017.

Tia completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University prior to joining us, complementing her hospitable character and legal skills with a first degree in business management and finance. Tia intends to gain a wealth of experience to complement her academic background and is happy to assist all clients on a number of commercial and litigious matters.

Tia’s interests outside of the office include shooting, equestrian sports, gastronomy and of course her two beloved bulldogs. Tia also has a keen interest in pursuing her linguistic skills in Mandarin Chinese.

Helen joined Lewis Nedas Law as a paralegal in the Conveyancing Department of the firm in 2015, having successfully completed her law degree the previous year.

Upon commencement of the LPC at the University of Law in September 2017, Helen is now undertaking her training contract with the firm and is happy to assist clients on an extensive range of residential and commercial property-related matters.

Helen is highly praised for her empathetic and enthusiastic approach to clients’ needs, as well as her sharp attention to detail. She has a pragmatic and diligent manner which is applied to all of her conveyancing matters.

Away from the office Helen enjoys travelling and cooking, and works closely with animal charity work.

Navdeep is a Trainee Solicitor with the firm, currently completing his seat within the Conveyancing department and he is happy to assist all clients with their residential and commercial property needs.

Navdeep joined the firm as a paralegal within the Criminal department in January 2018 and due to his skill set was uniquely suited to deal with Financial Crimes, particularly POCA offences which he continues to do.

Navdeep obtained an Undergraduate Degree in Economics and Finance in 2011. Having undertaken a predominantly mathematical based degree, he pursued a career involving analysis and joined a property advisory fund as an investment analyst and project manager, focusing on prime central London property; valued over £1,000,000. Whilst working as an analyst, Navdeep continued his studies becoming a part, qualified accountant.

Having been given the opportunity to be involved with the economic and legal aspects of investment decisions; he felt that he was better suited to focus on the legal aspects underpinning these decisions and transactions. He, therefore, undertook the GDL and the Legal Practice Course. However, wanting to maintain his business acumen, Navdeep also obtained a Masters in Law and Business.

Navdeep’s varied background and experience in different areas and disciplines allow him to bring a unique outlook on client matters.
