Position:
Head of Wills & Probate since 2006. Main areas of practice involve the preparation of Wills; advising on Inheritance tax issues and dealing with obtaining grants of probate / letters of administration and with the administration of all sizes of estates.

Career:
Trained Strachan St George; qualified 1992; as an assistant solicitor Prue practised as a solicitor specialising in housing law; she joined Lewis Nedas & Co in 2000 as Head of Housing Department; became a partner in 2005 and then changed her career direction from litigation towards specialising in private client work; she became Head of the Wills & Probate department in 2006.
