Siobhain Egan Secures Full Costs Order for Client’s Private Fees

Siobhain Egan represented an individual who was acquitted of a serious fraud allegation, and secured a full order recovering all of her client’s privately paid fees. The total amount sought by the Defence (there were fourteen defendants) against the Crown was in excess of £1.5 million.
