The Importance of Instructing a Good Solicitor
October 13, 2009 by Lewis Nedas
Nick Wragg recently represented a woman facing a series of grave allegations of benefit fraud involving large sums. Her initial charges would have meant that she was likely to face seven years imprisonment upon conviction. Using a mixture of dogged perserverance and Welsh charm, Nick managed to persuade the prosecution to accept guilty pleas to much lesser offences.
