LSC Appoint Siobhain Egan as Appeals Adjudicator

Siobhain Egan has just been appointed by the LSC as a single adjudicator concerning appeals  arising from the LSC’s funding of plea discussions in cases of serious or complex fraud. This will extend her existing role as a member of the LSC’s VHCC (very high cost case) appeals committee.
