Road Traffic Case Success

Keith Wood recently successfully acted for a new driver facing prosecution for a number of speeding matters for which, if convicted, the driver would have received 6 points and would have lost his entitlement to drive. We successfully managed to persuade the Court to proceed on one matter only, thus preserving the driver’s full licence.
